Return of Damaged Goods

Upon receipt of your order please ensure you check the number of parcels, check for any damage and then sign the delivery note with any comments. Should you need to make a subsequent claim, goods signed for as ‘unchecked’ will not be accepted.

We are unable to accept back returns for any other reason other than damaged or faulty goods.

Any claims for damages or missing items must be made within 24 hours of receipt. When submitting a claim for damages, please complete the returns form below, please quote the order/invoice number, item name or number and attach photographic evidence by uploading a jpeg image file (3MB maximum). 

Returned goods will only be accepted if previously arranged with our head office. All returned goods must be in the original packaging and securely packed for collection. 

We will either replace or credit any damaged or faulty items reported within out T&C's as above.
